Routines

Two ways to schedule a routine: repeat on a cycle of any length (e.g. every day, every other day, a 5-day rotation), or set a flexible weekly target (e.g. 3x/week, any days).

Create a routine

1 = every day, 2 = every other day, 7 = weekly pattern, etc.
